Install and merchandise store fixtures in CFI locations. Merchandising to include resets new and remodeled locations. Implement Marketing initiatives.
Complete set up of new or remodeled stores. This includes sales floor, cigarettes, checkout, food service, cooler, freezer, backroom storage, and signs.
Removal of merchandise and re-usable fixtures of remodel stores. This Includes re-merchandising of receiving store to accept influx of product
Bring acquired sites into CF merchandising standards
Implement vendor funded resets and programs. Usually large scale resets requiring fixtures and or accessories. Includes cooler resets requiring glide changes, candy resets needing labels, OTP resets requiring additional shelves, etc.
New program/merchandising method rollouts for both vendor funded and CF specific programs. Includes installation and merchandising of new fixtures.
Implementation of difficult Marketing initiatives. Projects too cumbersome to be completed by either store staff or ASM’s. Past projects included installation of shelf channels, replacing Chill Zone translights, etc.

Will daily work directly with store managers, ASM’s and product vendors. Will communicate regularly with Merchandising Manager and Merchandise Analyst.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Education: N/A
Minimum Experience: 2-5 years retail experience
Preferred Experience: Proven track record in convenience retail management
Licenses/Certifications: Required Courses and Training Programs (if Applicable)
Strong personality and ability to communicate with management
Robust work ethic
Ability to assess, prioritize and react to a very rapid work environment
Capacities to work under stressful conditions and follow through problems to resolution without the need to be constantly directly supervised
Desired skills indicated here should tie to the “working relationship” section
Physical: lifting items (40-50 lbs), kneeling, standing for long periods of time, moving merchandise, loading and unloading equipment into vans, carrying equipment and product into stores, working in coolers and or freezers for extended periods of time, etc.
Overnight travel: could be as many as 2-3 nights per week.
