Description:
Position Summary:

Assists with process improvement projects including but not limited to repair & maintenance management, field service management, asset management, IoT/Sensors, and other improvement initiatives. Writes report/dashboards and performs data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Assists with software testing, implementation projects, and user support. Writes and executes test scripts. Coordinates small projects related to workflow changes. Creates reports and dashboards and assists with data analysis. Uses data collected from sensors and equipment to predict equipment failure. Makes recommendations for changes to workflows based on user feedback and requests. Assists to ensure that project milestones/goals are met, and communication is maintained with all stakeholders. Helps to develops and implement process improvements. Builds and maintains asset database / knowledgebase.

Vendors, Consultants; Internal: Construction Parts Expediters, FSS Parts Expediters, Service Technicians, Service Managers, Project Managers, IT Project Manager


Requirements:
Minimum Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration or related
Minimum Experience: In depth knowledge Microsoft Excel, business analytics, ERP Software experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in related area
Licenses/Certifications:

Soft Skills: Clear communicator and ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external teams
Other: Microsoft Office, emphasis on excel & powerpoint
